DONATE to support teacher grants

The heart and soul of the Foundation's mission is to support the students and teachers of the Center School District by giving grants to teachers for projects that enhance student learning. For the 2023-24 school year, we are very excited to have awarded 31 grants totaling over $42,000! This year's grants cover all of Center's different buildings and programs and include projects such as:

  • First Lego League, First Tech Challenge and Robotics Teams from 2nd grade through High School Over 250 students participates in these programs each year.
  • Funding from the Lucille Lambert fund to support school libraries and literacy initiatives.
  • Improvements in racial equity with a variety of grants that focus on the unique needs of our Black and Brown students to help them reach their potential as scholars
  • Literacy initiatives, especially in the early grade levels
  • Grants to support parent involvement in Parents As Teachers, Early Childhood Education and elementary school
  • Continued expansion of the High School Video program with additional computers and software for editing and production
